Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4-6 blood oranges

Instructions:

Put the blood orange juice into ice cube trays after you squeeze them

Its best to freeze the blood orange juice overnight so that it stays solid

To serve, take the blood orange ice cubes from the trays and put them in a bowl or pitcher

On top of the blood orange ice cubes, pour chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Mix the ingredients together slowly, then chill the drink

Serve right away in champagne flutes
