Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

In a shallow dish, mix crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat with the pork rind mixture, pressing gently to adhere
