Avocado Ice Cream
Creamy and refreshing, this avocado ice cream offers a delightful twist on traditional flavors. The richness of avocados pairs perfectly with the sweetness of condensed milk, creating a luscious treat for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, lime juice, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Put the mixture in a container that can go in the freezer
Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it gets firm
Put the avocado ice cream in bowls or cones and serve after it has frozen
