Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Trifle

This vegan chocolate chip cookie dough trifle is a rich but easy dessert made with layers of coconut whipped cream, chocolate that melts in your mouth, and vegan chocolate chip cookie dough that you cant stop eating. Its great for any event and will satisfy your sweet tooth without using any animal products.

Ingredients:

  • 1 batch vegan chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 can coconut cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • Vegan whipped cream optional
  • Fresh berries for garnish optional

Instructions:

Prepare the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough according to your favorite recipe or using a store-bought vegan cookie dough

In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled coconut cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form

In a small saucepan, melt the vegan chocolate chips with almond milk over low heat, stirring until smooth

Let it cool slightly

Once the cookie dough is ready, crumble it into small pieces

In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer the cookie dough crumbles, whipped coconut cream, and melted chocolate mixture

Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of whipped coconut cream on top

Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving

Garnish with vegan whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired, before serving
